Winter Retreat Course: the Seven Core Fundamentals of a Meaningful Spiritual Life

    When - Each Sunday during the Rains Retreat for 1 hour (2:45pm - 3:45pm). Starts: 25/5 and Ends: 24/8

    Location - Mountain Spring Monastery, (Sisters Hamlet) 2651 or (Brothers Hamlet) 2675 Bells Line of Rd, Bilpin NSW 2758

Special notes about the course:

*Begins after the end of the afternoon activity each Sunday (from about 2:45p to 3:45p)

*Only 15 spaces available

*Requirement for registration:

1) Need to have participated in at least one residential retreat with Mountain Spring Monastery

2) Need to have attended six days of mindfulness at Mountain Spring Monastery

3) Need to be willing to commit to attend all Sunday sessions

*This Event registration includes all 14 Sunday classes

*The topic will be the Seven Core Fundamentals of a Meaningful Spiritual Life

*This course will be conducted in English

*We ask that you do your best to be on time for all classes.

Our suggested registration costs are set at a reduced level to make retreat attendance more accessible. If you are able to contribute additional funds to your registration costs, it will help us offer financial assistance to others and to help us realise the vision of creating a peaceful oasis where all can come and practice.

Cancellation Policy

-Full Refunds (minus original service fee) are available for cancellations made on or before 18/05/25.

-No Refunds for cancellations made after 18/05/25. Registration is non-transferable.
