Join the monastics of Mountain Spring for a relaxing a rejuvenating Day of Mindfulness - a day in which we come back home to ourselves, relax, and cultivate the energy of mindfulness together as a community. On this day we will be holding a transmission of the Five Mindfulness Trainings!

About the event

Mountain Spring Monastery is happy to be hosting a Day Of Mindfulness each Sunday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. It is helpful for us to have a general sense of how many people are coming so that we can prepare accordingly. We ask that you please register if you plan to join us.


We are excited to announce that there will be an opportunity to receive or renew the Five Mindfulness Trainings (in Vietnamese) on Sunday 6th April here in Mountain Spring Monastery.

If you would like to receive or renew the Five Mindfulness Trainings, please fill out the Google Form, and then finish registration to attend the Day of Mindfulness on April 6th to receive the transmission.


Sample Sunday Schedule

9:00a - Meditation Class

9:45 - Walking Meditation

10:45 - Tea Break

11:00 - Five Mindfulness Trainings Transmission Ceremony (in Vietnamese)

12:30p - Mindful Lunch- please bring a vegetarian dish to share

2:15 - Afternoon Activity (e.g. Total Relaxation & Touching the Earth, Dharma Discussion, Sitting Meditation, Tea

Meditation, Chanting Class)

3:30 - Closing of the day
