Mountain Spring Monastery is happy to be hosting a series of Qigong classes!
From 2p-3p, Limited to 30 spaces each week, registration required.
Binh Duy Ta (True Relaxing Spring) - After studying theatre & martial arts in Vietnam, he has continued in Australia. Under master Chen Yong Fa and sifu John K Saw guidance, Binh was granted the honour of being a qualified instructor of Lohan Qigong in 2002, entrusting him with carrying on the ancient traditions of Lohan Qigong. Binh taught Movement & Kung fu Workshop at The Scot College, Sydney Western University, Wollongong University, Bankstown Arts Centre & Blacktown Arts Centre. Binh has been practicing in Plum Village tradition for more than 20 years. He took his 5 mindfulness trainings in 2002 & became an Order of Interbeing in 2021.
