SUNDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Join the monastics of Mountain Spring for a relaxing a rejuvenating Day of Mindfulness - a day in which we come back home to ourselves, relax, and cultivate the energy of mindfulness together as a community.
Each Sunday is different - typically we begin at 10:30am with a welcome and gather for walking meditation, followed by sitting, dharma talk or activity, a vegetarian mindful lunch, total relaxation, and a discussion or activity in the afternoon concluding at approx 3:30pm.
The 1st Sunday of the month we will recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, the 3rd Sunday of the Month we will recite the 14 Mindfulness Trainings.
It is helpful for us to have a general sense of how many people are coming so that we can prepare accordingly.
