SUNDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Join the monastics of Mountain Spring for a relaxing a rejuvenating Day of Mindfulness - a day in which we come back home to ourselves, relax, and cultivate the energy of mindfulness together as a community.
Each Sunday is different - typically we begin at 10am with a welcoming tea and mindfulness reflection which sets the theme for the day, followed by sitting and walking meditation in the ancient forest, a vegetarian mindful lunch, and a discussion or other activity in the afternoon concluding at approx 3pm.
The 1st Sunday of the month we will recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, the 3rd Sunday of the Month we will recite the 14 Mindfulness Trainings.
